Delivery

All our Poducts are kept in stock in our purpose built warehouse. All orders are sent free of charge to Mainland UK (not including Highlands) on a 24 hour service with DPD Couriers. This means for any order placed before 4pm will be sent same day for a next working day delivery. We can supply a consignment number on request so you can track you order online.

Returns

We will accept your items back for a full refund and there will be no re-stocking fee.

Any item that has been fitted will not be accepted back unless a fault is found with the item. If found to be faulty we will either offer replacements or a full refund.

Warranty

Please note the EBC vehicle listings and Data are primarily for UK (spec) vehicles they do cover the majority of European vehicles but some makes and models will vary. If these EBC Discs and Pads are intended for use outside the EU or for vehicles brought in from outside the EU (imports) please refer to the Technical information and specification on the listing for sizes regarding fitment. For EBC Discs please ensure the Discs you need match the correct dimension's and for pads please refer to the pad diagram to ensure the pad has the correct profile and measurements. Disc warranty:

In the unfortunate event that discs start to show signs judder on a vehicle the best course of action is to have the discs Pro-Cut. In our experience the main cause of disc judder is due to Poor or incorrect fitment. All Discs/Rotors should have their run out checked with the use of DTi (dial test indicator) and should be no more than 0.05mm any more than this there is an increased chance of disc judder. All product warranties and guarantees are provided solely by the product manufacturer.
