Shipping Policy
The pram order is sent to the making department after receiving full payment. The delivery time for the prams is 3 - 5 working days excluding the production time. All items are sent via DPD. Orders are sent out 5 days a week. If the item did not arrive after 14 working days or the item arrived damaged or faulty please contact us via eBay message.

Returns Policy
If the item is returned to us there will be a 15% re-stocking fee payable upon return plus the customer is liable for any return costs, all items must be returned within 7 days in original condition. It is the buyers responsibility to check the item and contents within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Any irregularities, missing parts or faults must be reported to us immediately by email in the first instance. If the item is faulty we are happy to exchange all faulty parts for free of charge. We want your shopping experience to be a happy one and wish to avoid any complications later on. The package content must be checked before the courier leaves. If any damage is noticed to the product it must be reported to the courier. If the courier does not make a report I will not accept returns. The scan of the report should be sent to me via ebay message. All items must be returned in its original packaging.
