  Waterford does not issue second quality items.  Each piece is hand made and there might be slight differences from piece to piece.  Also, minor imperfections such as tiny air bubbles can be found and are considered perfectly acceptable and not damage.  These facts can be confirmed on the Waterford web site or by contacting Waterford directly.

Because some customers have had difficulty finding the Waterford marks, we now mark each piece so the mark can be easily found. The ink we use can be removed with any standard household cleaner and will not damage your beautiful crystal.

SHIPPING; We charge you the amount for postage what we are charged by the USPS on both foreign and domestic packages. We do charge a $2.00 handling fee. All standard shipping charges are clearly laid out in our auctions and fixed price sales. However, if you have any questions, please feel free to ask.


COMBINED SHIPPING; We offer combined shipping with any purchase as long as it is safe to do so. If you are buying more than one item or even several of the same item, please contact us BEFORE paying to request a combined shipping invoice directly from us. Please do not pay first. The Ebay system does not handle all the complexities of combined shipping and does not always quote you accurate combined shipping costs. It will automatically generate an invoice that frequently overcharges and occasionally undercharges (for priority mail). If you would like information about combined shipping charges in advance of purchase, please email us your questions and include your zip code in your email.


INSURANCE; Ebay no longer allows us to make insurance mandatory. Therefore, unless requested, it is not provided. If you do request it, please understand that there will be an additional charge. We charge standard USPS rates and use a private insurer called Endicia because of past difficulties collecting on claims with the USPS.
