*Power to the YWA-10 can be supplied when the connected AV receiver is in the OFF position, only if the AV receiver Network Standby is set to ON. (except for RX-Vx71 or RX-Ax10 series)

YWA-10 allows Yamaha AV products equipped with a NETWORK port and a DC OUT jack (USB) to be connected with a wireless LAN. See Picture:
 
 
Using the YWA-10 wireless network adapter with one of the AV receivers listed below
 
When updating the receiver firmware, please follow these instructions.
 
- Perform the firmware update using a USB memory device. Firmware and instructions can be downloaded from Yamaha's website. http://download.yamaha.com/
- If updating the firmware over the network using YWA-10, connect the supplied USB power cable to the USB port on the receiver's front panel.
 
The DC OUT terminal on the rear panel is not designed for firmware updates. It may not be possible to update the firmware depending on wireless network conditions.
