  • All the items will be dispatched (once the payment is cleared) at next working day (excl. the bank holiday & weekend) via Royal Mail 1st Class/1st Class Recorded/DHL express. Please ensure you have an up to date daytime contact telephone number on your account in case we need to contact you about delivery. You will receive a despatch notification email containing your tracking number when your item is despatched. In the event of delay, any progress will be sent to you by e-mail/ebay message.
  • Delivery of your item will take place between Monday-Friday and between the hours of 09:00am-5:30pm and must be signed for at the registered Paypal address, it will NOT be left in safe places or with neighbours. If your item needs to be shipped to an alternative address please update the address in PayPal before placing your order. We will only ship to your registered PayPal address.
  • Many countries have Tax-Free and Duty-Free Allowance for low value items and charge no customs or duties. However, please be aware that different duties and Tax will be applied for higher value packages. Please check with your country's custom office for detail charges before ordering.
  • Self-Collection is not available.

  • Payment can only be made by PayPal via eBay. We cannot take orders or payment over the phone. To ensure your purchase is protected it will only be delivered to your registered PayPal address. Payment must be made within 3days after you won the item. Non-paying winner will be reported to ebay. Once your payment has been received we will send you a confirmation email. Please be aware items will be dispatched after payment cleared only. That means any payment method which is not instant way (e.g. eCheque, postal order etc ) will result in delay.
  • Payments via Unconfirmed addresses within Paypal may delay the process of the order and will involve further security checks via Saveonlaptops. Please ensure your address is confirmed to ensure quick dispatch of your orders.

    Cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations

  • You may cancel the contract Under the Distance Selling Regulations by notifying us no later than 7 working days after we deliver the goods that you are cancelling the contract.
  • The item must not be used and must be 'as new' (without any scratches and marks) when returned to us. If the item does not include the original packaging a charge may be made. We reserve the right to make a minimum charge of 20% of the goods price to restore a used product back to factory condition. Please note you cannot return a used product to us under the Distance Selling Regulations.
  • Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory duty throughout the period of cancellation, to retain possession of the goods that have been delivered and take reasonable care of them.
  • If you provide an incorrect delivery address and we are unable to deliver, then we may treat the order as cancelled by you and refund the price of the goods. The Delivery charge will not be refunded. Should nobody be available to accept the delivery, the courier will keep hold of the goods for couple of days more and you may re-arrange delivery. If such undelivered products returned to our side, we may treat the order as cancelled by you and refund the price of the goods. The Delivery charge will not be refunded.
  • For incorrect shipment due to our fault, such as wrong item being delivered to the wrong address, you have right to cancel the contract and please contact us to obtain a full refund, or request partial refund and re-shipment.
  • Faulty Items

    Faulty items are any product that we supply to you which do not conform to the contract. The following are not classed as faulty items:

  • Any items that fail due to normal wear and tear, accident, wilful damage, failure to follow instructions, negligence by you or a third party, use otherwise than in accordance with their intended use, or any modification or maintenance carried out without the prior approval of us or the products manufacturer.
  • You need to inform us as soon as possible if you find that any items on your order are faulty. If you return items because you think they are faulty, we may charge you the delivery costs and any costs and expenses involved if it is found that the items returned are not actually faulty.
  • In the first instance we will attempt to rectify the fault promptly. Failing that a replacement of a similar aged product will be offered. In some instances when this is not possible a partial or full refund will be offered depending on circumstances. Customers who do not want an item to be repaired or replaced can request a return authorization from us.
