I am an individual not a big business so I do not accept returns or exchanges so please ask any questions prior to bidding.

Returns are not accepted for items that do not fit.

Payment is required within 2 days of the auction ending. Ebay has an automatic strike system for non-payers, and payers who take longer than 2 days which could affect the ability to make further purchases should this occur.

I post things out via a post office and I obtain a certificate of posting on every item from the receiving post office - which states clearly the date and time of acceptance by that post office counter.

In the unlikely event of not receiving your item I will email a scan of the certificate to you and you can contact the post office directly by phone or email with this information.

If you want first class or next day delivery please message me before paying and I will invoice accordingly.
