If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, 6PACK SUPPLEMENTS LTD abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us without delay.

Once you’ve notified our Customer Care team about returning your items, please arrange postage to: 6PACK SUPPLEMENTS LTD, 123 Rowe Court, RG30 2HZ, Reading.

All items must be returned to us in their original condition, in its original packaging unused. Unfortunately, we’re unable to cover the costs of returning your items and cannot be liable for any damages incurred during transit. These terms do not apply to damaged goods.

If you wish to cancel any orders prior to delivery then please contact us to do so. You are able to cancel your order for any reason within 30 days after delivery to your home for part refund. The cost of sending the order will be deducted from the refund.

6PACK SUPPLEMENTS LTD exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver your order to an address in the UK, in accordance with your selected delivery option.

All items are in stock and are despatched to you within 24 hours. Same day dispatch cut off time is 2pm Monday – Friday. Orders received after the deadline are dispatched on the next working day. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are despatched the next working day.

Delivery UK:

Royal Mail 1st Class - normally 1-2 workings days, but not guaranteed.

Royal Mail 2nd Class - normaly 2-3 days, but not guaranteed.

Royal Mail 24 - normally 1-2 workings days, but not guaranteed.

Royal Mail 48 - normaly 2-3 days, but not guaranteed.

Other Courier 24 hours ( DPD ) - normally 1 workings day, but not guaranteed.

Delivery International:

Items can be posted internationally through the Global Shipping Programme. For shipping quotation please check each listing postage and payment tab. Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed depending on country of destination - normally 5-10 workings days for EU countries, and up to 30 days for non-EU countries.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail/DPD, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.

We prefer PayPal as payment method and only accept payment in Pound Sterling. Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system.
