How can I pay for my order?

PayPal is the fastest and most secure payment method to pay for your order. If you do not have a PayPal account we can accept payment by credit or debit card over the phone, please send us a message through eBay to use this facility.

When will payment be taken for my order?

Payment will be taken when you place your order. We will then endeavour to get your item posted out to you on the very same day.

All UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail Monday to Saturday. You should expect your order to be arrive within 2-3 working days after placing your order. Orders are despatched with one working day.

If your order is received before 4:45pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & 12:00pm on Wednesday we can arrange for this to be sent on a next day service, subject to stock availability. Delivery charges for this service are available when using the eBay checkout. Please note this service is only available within the UK.

All International orders are shipped on a 'International Signed For' service with Royal Mail, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. Please allow 15 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries.

14 Days Returns Guarantee

If we have made a mistake, please contact us so we can resolve the issue immediately.

For most items, you have the right to return your goods within 14 days of receiving them. However, this right does not apply to items that have been altered upon request, have missing labels or show signs of being used.

If you wish to return goods using this right, you need to inform us within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them at your own expense.

Please ask for a "Proof of posting certificate" as we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing whilst in transit.
