We will only ship using USPS Priority Mail International. We have found that this is the best way to get you
your merchandise.  With USPS Priority Mail International, we can insure and track the shipment. We realize
it can be very costly, but it is better than not receiving the item!  So please use the shipping calculator available.
Any item selling for over $500, will have to be shipped via USPS Express Mail International.
This is a prerequisite of our insurance carrier.  This also may cause an increase in the shipping costs incurred.

Returns:

All items are sold, AS IS, with no express or implied warranty. The pictures in the auction supersede the writings in the auction.  Please look very closely before the auction ends.
If there is a problem with the item you received from us, please contact us immediately.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery of the item. Do not wait a week to open the box. Please contact us about receiving permission to return the item. If permission is granted, the item must arrive in the same condition it was shipped and within 7 business days of authorizing the return.
We have the original auction pictures to refer to in case of any discrepancies.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
There may be a restocking fee on the returned merchandise. 

If the item appears to have been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and KEEP THE SHIPPING BOXES AND PACKING MATERIALS. 
We will file an insurance claim and then refund your money when we are paid.  Please be advised that UPS can take 3-4 weeks and USPS can sometimes take 2-3 months. You will be paid when we are paid.
