Standard Shipping

  • The delivery dates for standard shipping are estimated and not guarenteed. Standard Shipping usually takes between 3-5 business days to arrive once dispatched and is not trackable (Delivery is conformed however). Standard shipping is a cost effective shipping method only. In the event your order takes longer than estimated to arrive we are unable to refund you while the order is still out for delivery. Delays can occur due to random customs checks and other circumstances beyond our control. If your order does not arrive after 30 days of dispatch we can declare your order lost and either ship a replacement or offer you a refund. If you require your items by a specific date or need a tracking number, please select tracked shipping at checkout and NOT standard shipping. Combined Shipping

  • If you order more than one item, we will ship them all together. Shipping fees are calculated on weight and cannot be reduced. If you are an international buyer and wish to order multiple items, we recommend selecting "Promotional Shipping" at checkout, it is fully trackable, insured and will require a signature.
 Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days. Buyer must pay for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged. Where items are faulty or damaged, in most cases we can send out a replacement or issue a refund. We may ask you to return the faulty/damaged item to us (We will cover shipping fees)
