Photos & Colour
*The photos of items are mostly done by Wildfire Boutique and are produced with care to the natural
 tone, colour and darkness/lightness of the item. On occasion this does not translate through the website
 or a particular monitor, but please be assured that if the listing states a particular colour that is what you 
 will receive :-) 

Payment
*Payment must be made within 48 hours of purchase, unless prior arrangements have been agreed on.
*Payments accepted via Direct Debit and Paypal
*Please use your user ID as a reference when making payments. 
*I am open to discussions on price when there is multiple items purchased - don't be afraid to ask! :-)

Postage
*I will post the item within 1-2 business days once payment has been cleared. 
*All items will be sent via Australia Post Regular Parcel
*All items are packaged in a padded envelope
*Registered Post is available for $3.50 for signature on delivery and tracking
*Express Post is available for an extra $9.95
*As postage is free there is no need for 'Combined Postage' - gotta love free postage!!!
*Overseas shipping is available - please contact me for a quote!

Feedback
*When you have received your purchase and you are satisfied with the transaction, please take the time to leave me feedback 
*If you find there is any problems at all with your purchase please email me before leaving negative feedback and we can 
   discuss further to resolve any issues.

Refunds & Returns
*Money back or replacement if the item is faulty upon delivery or not as described for a 30 day period
*Please contact me via eBay messaging to open a discussion about the item in question
*Refunds are implemented after I have received the returned item
*The return postage is to be paid for by the buyer
*If the item is found faulty a time after delivery the return and refund will be up to the seller's discretion
  in a case by case decision
