• Payment should be completed within 4 (Four) days of auction closing. Or unpaid dispute will be filed for closing auction.

• Sales Tax of 7% will be applied for orders shipped within the state of New Jersey

• All orders ship from NJ 07036, and only to eBay ADDRESS. Package handling only takes 1 business day at our warehouse, so please make sure entering correct payment and shipping information before checking out.   

• If an address change is needed, you will be responsible for any fees associated in the condition that you contact us after we ship your item.

• We ship all orders via USPS Priority, except for oversized items which are shipped via USPS Parcel

• Canadian Buyers - If your item qualifies for GSP see below, otherwise Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). These will be charged to you upon arrival.

• International Buyers (GSP) - Packages are shipped internationally using eBay's Global Shipping Program. This means your shipping and customs fees will be calculated up front. All packages are shipped to a central location in the US where eBay handles all processing for international shipment. You will be provided with complete tracking from our store to you. •  We offer a 30-day Standard Return Policy on our eBay orders.

• If you choose to return your product, you can arrange for this within 30 days of receiving it. To set up a return, email us and you will be provided with a return address. Returned products must be in their original, unopened package and must still be in new and unused condition. If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. You will be refunded the purchase price less any shipping fees incurred by us. A 15% restock fee may apply. Once the item has been received and inspected your return will be processed and completed.

• In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective product or an item that was damaged during shipping please contact us and allow us to help. Depending on the situation we may be able to offer a refund or send a replacement.
