This method does not include a tracking number. Please be aware of these hurdles if you choose this shipping method. (Attention UK customers: We cannot ship battery chargers or AC power adapters to the UK)
 
USPS Express Mail International (EMI) Tracking included
USPS: 8 Days or Less
but can also depend on Customs office delays. This is not a guaranteed time frame due to unknown Customs delays. This method includes a tracking number to your door. Please Note: Because of the high cost involved Express Mail International will not be refunded or discounted in anyway even if we send out a wrong or defective item. These types of problems will be taken care of through our warranty policy or 30 day money back guarantee policy. Customer Service
If there is a problem with your order please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to help rectify the problem. In most cases questions or problems can be resolved with a little troubleshooting. If your product is defective, please contact us for instructions on how to return the product. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and return instructions. You must receive a RMA# before returning the item. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer and Enessy/Digital Power Pro will cover shipping costs of returning the product back to the buyer. All items returned for credit or refunds that are not defective must be returned in brand new condition.
