PAYMENTS:

By Law, We have to charge tax to Texas residents only at the rate of 8.25%. All other States are TAX FREE (No Tax)

Payment Instructions: All auction winners must complete our easy and secure online checkout to submit payment. We accept PayPal(PayPal Accepts Visa/MC/Amex/Discover) with Confirmed Address

Auction winners must claim and payment must be received within 7 days of auction close.

• Pay Now: After you win the auction or Buy It Now, click the 'Pay Now' button at the top of the ad listing to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. 
• Pay Later: If you do not choose to Pay Now, we will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of auction close. Our message will contain a link to our simple and SECURE checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase. You may also continue purchasing additional items from our auctions or eBay store. You have 7 days from the end of the first purchase to add additional items to your order. Make sure all of your auctions have ended prior to checking out. All of your purchases will be consolidated under one invoice.

RETURN POLICIES**

**THE RETURN POLICIES IS ONLY APPLY ON ITEM(S) THAT ARE SOLD AS "NEW", "NEW OTHER"," REFURBISHED", AND "USED".  THE RETURN POLICIES DOES NOT APPLY ON ANY AND ALL ITEMS THAT ARE SOLD "AS IS".  ALL "AS IS" TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL AND WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURN REQUEST ON ANY ITEM SOLD "AS IS".

We are not an authorized dealer of this product and any warranty included with the product may not be honored by the manufacturer.

If you believe that the item purchased from us does not match the item description, or if your item was damaged during transit, please contact us to discuss return and refund options. In order to initiate the refund process, buyer must contact us within 30 days of receipt of item.  Please note that we will always pay return shipping when a buyer wishes to return an item due only to our error.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason than a discrepancy in item description or damage during transit, we will accept a return on MOST items, provided that the item is returned to us in the same condition and within 30 days. This applies to both the item and retail packaging. Buyer will be responsible for any and all return shipping charges, and a 20% restocking fee. Seller will initiate this transaction and refund the buyer once the item has been received AND agreed to the mutual cancellation.

We DO NOT accept any returns on any item marked “AS IS” for any reason. Please purchase accordingly on all items listed “AS IS”.
