Domestic Shipping:

We offer Free Shipping on virtually all of our items. Feel free to take advantage of the offer on those items. For those buyers who need your items quicker, we offer an additional option for USPS Priority services. For the additional postage, we will rush you your order, by way of USPS Priority Flat Rate Box/Envelope, on the next business day. We only charge you the extra that it would cost us to send it Priority. We don't believe in profiting from shipping charges. Please keep note that we DO NOT ship items on Saturday.

Shipping Refunds: 

For buyers who select to pay for shipping to get your items quicker; be sure to put all of your items you are going to purchase into your eBay Shopping Cart before placing an order. This is due to the fact we require immediate payment on every order. The shopping cart allows you to get all your items and pay the smallest shipping fee possible for an order. If, however, you pay shipping on more than 1 order, we will refund you all shipping charges you have over paid. These funds will be applied back to your PayPal account at the time of packaging.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Buyer's paying through the "Global Shipping Program": (We ship international packages through the "GSP" only).

All transactions will be packaged/mailed according to the programs "Terms and Conditions". When buying multiple items, be sure to place all items into your eBay Shopping Cart before completing your order, to ensure you pay one shipping fee. If you purchase each item individually by completing a transaction for each item, we will not be able to refund you any shipping fees due to the programs terms that each order has to be shipped individually.

*Notice*: Many international eBay sites do not have the "Shopping Cart" option available to them. In this case, go to eBay.com and sign into your eBay account. From there you should have the shopping cart available to use.

Note: It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees.

Problem with your order after it arrived?:

If you have any problems with your order PLEASE message us through "eBay Messages"! We are here to help anyway we can. As a Seller, we will do our best to work out any problems and answer all questions that a buyer may have. Contact us through "eBay Messages" with all problems and/or questions. Most situations can be fixed with just 1 e-mail. Our goal is to make every transaction run as smoothly as possible. By bringing all issues/concerns to our attention, you allow us to do our part as the seller, which is to make sure you are a satisfied buyer here on eBay. (Be sure to check our FAQ's for answers to many common questions/situations).

Returns/Exchanges:

Buyer's have a full 30 days, from date of purchase, to return their items to us for an exchange or for a refund of the purchase price. (Minus shipping fees). Returns are excepted for any reason. We require the Buyer to pay return shipping fees. PLEASE be sure to contact us through "eBay Messages" letting us know you are sending an item back. List the reason for return; and let us know if you are requesting an exchange or a refund. If you want an exchange, we will pay for the shipping of the exchanged item back to you. In the returned box please include item(s) being returned, eBay user name, your real name, and mailing address (if we are exchanging an item), and note if you are requesting an exchange or refund. Please pack items securely in a sturdy box/envelope so that the item(s) will not be damaged in the return process. Best practice is to hold onto the box your item arrives in in case you need to return the item. Any item returned for reasons stated in the listing will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee.

Note: Any attempt to contact us outside of eBay, about an eBay item you have purchased from us, will be left unanswered until you have messaged us through eBay Messages. It is eBay policy that all communication takes place through "eBay Messages."
