Return Policy:
Within 14 days after receiving your parcel, we offer a No-hassle 14 days exchange (replace) only if your parcel is defective due to manufacturing problem. The faulty item will be exchanged for the same model once the return guidelines are followed:
We might ask buyer to test the item in order to eliminate improper use factor, buyer has responsibility to follow the test correctly.
Any returning must inform us first, sending back without return ID (given by LD customer service) will not be accepted.
Customer is responsible for return postage, but we will cover all expense in sending replacement.
The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original package, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.
We are not responsible for item lost during return.
Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
Item not defective after testing or wrong item ordered by buyer will be returned at buyer's.

During the warranty period, we will repair any ShopSmart-branded hardware products returned to us that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship. Customer is responsible for all transportation and associated charges for returning the orginal item/parts.
