This listing is for an 18" Christmas display.
Frosty the Snowman
Tested with 4 "AA" batteries as shown in video below. The hand holding the snowflakes twirls, but his arm holding his hat does not go up and down, must be posed.
Sings "Snow Miser" when button is depressed while dancing and twirling snowflakes.
