Shipping:

We ship utilizing the followingservices: United States Postal Service (USPS), United Postal Service(UPS), DHL Worldwide, and Federal Express (FedEx). If you would liketo use your shipping account number please contact us with thatinformation. If you have a rush shipping order please contact us andwe will do our very best to meet your needs. We do our very best toship all items on the day the payment has cleared. However all itemswill ship within 1-3 business days.

Shipping International:

Our preferred method of InternationalShipping is via USPS Priority or Express Mail International as it isthe most cost effective, and includes a tracking number. If you wouldlike us to use a different method of international shipping, pleasecontact us and we will let you know the cost of the requestedservice. Returns:

Contact us using ebay messages, byphone at 855-633-8665 or email sales@plctoolboxsupply.com. 

PLC Toolbox Supply only sells new surplus items or used items thatwere pulled from known working machinery. If an item fails to workbecause it is defective, the defective item must be returned within14 days. After we receive the item back at our facility, we willconfirm that the item is indeed ours and defective. After we make ourconfirmations then we will replace the defective item with anequivalent item. If a replacement is not available, PLC ToolboxSupply will refund the cost of the item. PLC Toolbox Supply will notbe responsible for resulting damage to items or components caused byeither internal or external equipment or shorted connections. Anyclaim(s) for a defective item must be handled within eBay 14 dayreturn policy.
