We usually ship items by DHL,FEDEX.EMS.As far as our experience,many Italian/Spanish shipping address belongs to remote area, any package ships to remote area will be charged extra remote area dispatching fee. There is some ways to solve this problem.
Ship without paying any remote area dispatching fee:
1. Leave us another shipping address and zipcode which don’t belong to any remote area.
2. Ship it by Post parcel,which will take more shipping time(usually 23 working days).Of course we provide the tracking information as well.

(1)request for return is submitted in form of email to us within 7 days from the date you received the item.
(2) the item has not had any serial number removed or defected.
(3) the item must be in original condition.
(4) you must return the item using postal service with tracking number, and Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee solely.
(5)If the item is defective, a replacement will be sent or full refund (not including shipping and handling fee) will be issued once the item is received.
