This is a figure from the Walt Disney Co. DICK TRACEY Coppers and Gangsters series, The RODENT.  It is by Playmates.  The piece is mint in the original packaging.  The figure measures 5" high and has never been out of the packaging.  The original card is in ex condition with just a small stain on the left side edge of the card.  The figure comes with a "lead" pipe and a tommy gun accessories.
