Dispatch
we always aim to dispatch items within 48 hours (Monday to Friday only) of receipt of cleared payment.

Payment methods:

1) PayPal to sales@dhmi.co.uk

2) UK bank account holders may pay by cheque, please make it payable to DHMI but please remember that this takes extra time to allow for banking & clearing

3) We can also accept UK postal orders which should be made payable to DHMI

Overseas bidders please note we can only accept your payment by PayPal

Customs labels
we cannot write anything but the true value and nature of the goods on Customs labels so please do not ask us to make false statements
There are no exceptions to this

Returns 
should you need to return an item to us for any reason, please contact us first, within 24 hours of receipt of item. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt

Packaging 
We always pack our models very carefully using good quality packing materials. All models are sent in suitable cardboard boxes

UK Postage 
We only use postage services with tracking as required by PayPal, most items UK Buyers have the choice of Hermes Tracked or Royal Mail Signed For/Special Delivery

Shipping outside UK 
We use Royal Mail Tracked / Signed with insurance included for all items valued £50 or more. Sorry that we no longer ship to South America, Asia or Russia due to problems with Royal Mail tracking in these areas

Combined shipping 
We do offer reduced rates on additional items. If you are buying more than 1 item and want to get a postage quote please contact us for rates. And if you have purchased more than 1 item please wait for an invoice with combined postage before paying for your items
