If you would like to return an item please e-mail us through eBay to let us know you wish to return the item. Please include the date of purchase plus the reason for the return.

All return items should be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued after we have received the item/s and all the above terms are met. Please allow 24 hours for refunds to be issued after the item/s has been received back at the depot.

In the event you receive items which are faulty or damaged please e-mail us through eBay.We will offer you a replacement item or a refund.

The safest, quickest & cheapest way to return item/s is through Royal Mail Recorded signed for 2nd class. Please ensure that you keep the tracking number as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reaches us.

We also ask that you send the item back to us with your eBay username, and your full name and address inside so we can identify you easily. Additionally, an explanation as to why you are returning the item/s would be appreciated.
