If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact me first before leaving feedback as I will be happy to help solve any issues there may be. I’m sure you will appreciate that if I’m not made aware of a problem I can’t rectify it.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then a full refund will be offered on it's return and inspection, unless found to be faulty buyers pay for return costs.

I only ask that you (The buyer) contact me within 5 days of receiving the item and return the item within 14 days of receipt in it's original, unworn/unused/Sealed condition with all original packaging & tags (if applicable) intact. (allowance will always be given for Bank Holidays). NO refund will be issued if the item is returned 30 days or more after purchase. Items returned damaged will be reported to Ebay and the cost to repair/replace will be passed on to the buyer. By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Please Note: Nail Polishes, Make-up, Creams/Lotions etc are exempt from Refunds or Exchanges due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is found to be faulty.
