We Ship with Standard US Postal Service or FedEx Ground Services. USPS standard shipping is valid only to the orders first "ship-to" address anywhere in the U.S.. Following authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

We accept major cards via PayPal accounts. FACTORYPARTZ other offers, discounts, coupon codes are not valid on eBay.

For all California State orders we are required by law to collect California sales tax. Sales tax will be calculated and presented during checkout and prior to payment.

Your satisfaction is our goal. Every product we sell is backed by our satisfaction guarantee for most products. If a product you purchase fails to meet your needs, please review the information below and return it to us within 30 days of your receipt, and we will be pleased to arrange an exchange or refund. Our guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. We do not honor returns on ANY used products. If original tag is tampered or removed, return option is voided.

Returns must be in a "new" resalable condition, including all manuals, components and accessories, and in the manufacturer’s original packaging.

• Contact Us and obtain RMA number from us (all packages without an RMA# will be rejected and sent back to sender)
• Put the original packing slip in the package
• Pack your return securely in the original packaging or your own packaging.
• Use the return-address label printed on the packing slip or make your own and tape it to the package.
• Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your account minus the shipping portion that was used to send the item. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 5-10 business days for credit to be posted on your account.
