Shipping and
Terms of Sale
Purchases are shipped no later than 3 business days following
receipt of payment, but usually next business day. Domestic shipments are delivered via Australia
Post (with tracking if over $15 in value)
Items may be removed from their boxes to aid is shipment cost
savings; this is so I can pass on the best possible prices to my customers. All
items will be shipped with their original boxes where applicable.
International shipping is available. Shipments are processed with Australia Post standard
international mail. Therefore, shipping
time will take AT LEAST 14-21 BUSINESS days from the date of shipment to reach
the recipient. In some cases, transit
times can exceed 30-45 BUSINESS days if Customs chooses to detain a package to
inspect its contents. Customers located
in Brazil, Russia, Germany, Italy, Pakistan, UAE and a few others experience
the longest delays due to strict Customs regulations. Shipments to these locations usually take a
minimum of 30-45 BUSINESS days to reach the recipient. Online tracking is not always available for
International shipments due to certain countries procedures after the parcel
crosses international lines.
International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes that are
imposed by Customs. These fees are
import charges assessed by Customs above and beyond Seller's shipping fee and
vary from country to country. Check with
your local Customs office in advance before you bid on an item if you are
concerned about what fee may be assessed to your parcel.
Seller is NOT responsible for Customs fees - these are Buyer's
responsibility and are a cost associated with importing an item. Parcels are marked Merchandise in accordance
with postal regulations. Declaring a
value lower than the actual value or marking a parcel Gift when it is not is a
violation of postal requirements and subject the Seller to fines or
penalties. All parcels are insured for
full value against loss or non-delivery.
Please include your phone number on your Paypal payment so that Customs
will be able to reach you if they have questions.
Refused Shipments: If you refuse a parcel that you have ordered
from our store, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any
import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of the return. We
will deduct 50% of your order if you refuse your parcel and it is returned back
to our warehouse. We STRONGLY recommend that you collect your parcel.
I am always happy to combine shipping. Please contact me and wait to pay until you
have received a revised invoice which reflects your shipping discount (revised
invoices are generally sent out within 1 business day).
Payment is due within 3 calendar days of close of auction unless
other arrangements have been made in advance.
RETURNS: We accept returns if your item is faulty or damaged I
will refund your money or send you a replacement product whenever possible when
a product is faulty or broken (which is very rare) ONLY. Due to Government
hygiene regulations we do not accept returns based on change of mind, personal
reasons, not suitable colour etc., ordered the wrong item or found the same
product at a lower price elsewhere. We will deduct 50% of your order if you
refuse your parcel and it is returned back to our warehouse which can take up
to 2 months to be returned to our warehouse depending on the postal service in
the destination country.
I'm not perfect and mistakes can happen. My commitment to customer satisfaction is
paramount and I will make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your
purchase.
If a product is damaged in transit please make sure to
photograph them item and packaging, contact Australia post and fill out a claim
form this must be done by the buyer (receiver) and cannot be done by the
seller.
