This is a grand example of a Vintage J W Young & Sons The Ambidex Casting Reel.    It is currently set for left hand wind, but is interchangeable.   The reel has a dual bail arm which can be split in the middle to facilitate spool change.   The reel turns smoothly and the anti-reverse switch is working.

The reel has scratches and scrapes of an active life which can be viewed in the photographs and it comes with it's original box (this is worn).
