I Post Royal Mail & Hermes Monday - Friday Mornings. There is no post on Bank Holidays.
For smaller items I post using 1st or 2nd Class Post through the post office, for larger items and items of value postage will be through Hermes tracked.
Hermes collection from my local drop off point is 11am - any orders received after this time will be sent the following working day.
Postage costs are for UK mainland only - please contact me for Scottish Island and other UK offshore Islands for postage costs.
For your reassurance I offer a ‘No Quibble' returns policy.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then a full refund* excluding postage costs will be offered.
I only ask that you (The buyer) contact me within 5 days of purchasing the item and return the item within 14 days of purchase in it's original, unworn/unused condition with all original packaging & tags (if applicable) intact. *Items returned after the 14 days will incur a £1.50 re stocking fee, allowance will always be given for Bank Holidays. Items returned damaged will be reported to Ebay and the cost to repair/replace will be passed on to the buyer.
Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage, as it will be required as proof should the parcel go missing.
If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact me first before leaving feedback as I will be happy to help solve any issues there may be. I’m sure you will appreciate that if I’m not made aware of a problem I can’t rectify it.
