How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has been despatched form our warehouse. EBay will automatically send you the confirmation email.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once you have received confirmation that your order has been dispatched you can expect this to arrive with 3- 4 Working days.
For any international orders please allow between 7 -10 working days for delivery.
Please note we must allow 15 working days before we can class your item as lost or stolen in the post.
Do you offer a next day delivery?
If your order is received before 11:00am on working days we can arrange for this to be sent on a next day service, subject to stock availability. Delivery charges for this service are available when using the eBay checkout. Please note this service is only available within the UK.
What do I do if I have not received my order?

What happens if I am not at home to accept my delivery?
If you are not at home when delivery is attempted’ Royal Mail Will leave the card for you to collect it from your local post office Please follow the instruction on the card to retrieve you parcel.

We will post your items together as long as the total weight of the parcel is less than 2kg. Postage for items shipped overseas is charged per item. This is to ensure a more efficient and faster delivery of your goods.
For International orders please allow 7 to 10 Working days for delivery.
All our orders are dispatched using Royal Mail.
Damaged Item OR Order Not Delivered
After an order has been dispatched we are in the hands of the postal system, who on occasions can damage or lose items in the transit and sometimes can be very slow. This is as frustrating for us as it is for you. Please remember our customer support team are here to help you, please get in touch before leaving feedback to resolve your issue.
Payments
We only accept PayPal.
We always send the item to the address you give us on PAYPAL to ensure the security of the item. If you have changed your address, or want us to ship to another address, please change to the new address when you pay us with PAYPAL, otherwise we will not be responsible if the package is lost.
