Terms

Please ensure your handset is not hardlocked. If it is hardlocked no refund will be given!! 

1. Turn on the phone without sim card 

2. Type *#*#7378423#*#*

3. Select Service info 

4. Select SimLock 

5. Check where is X 

6. If X is on NETWORK and value is different than 0, you can unlock your phone. 

7. If it is 0 unlock by code is NOT possible. The counter is blocked. 

Once ordered we cannot under any circumstances cancel, as suppliers do not allow cancellation once submitted.

If code fails to work video proof will be required.(99% orders are fine, only when counters are blocked code will not work)

Please note this will not UNBLOCK any barred (reported lost or stolen handsets) and if any of these are submitted then be aware, your handset will unlock, but not be unblocked. It will NOT work in the UK.

If for any reason your code can not be found on the database a full refund will be given.

The simple process

1.     Click buy it now.  After checking through that your handset is not blocked, hard locked.

2.     After paying via eBay messages or during checkout enter your imei from your model.(you can get the imei by typing *#06# or taking off the battery cover and the imei is there. )

3.     Then wait for confirmation of the unlock code from us. The process takes 1 - 5 days.(sometimes longer due to busy servers) If you cannot wait please do not buy!

4.     Once the code has come through for your Sony Xperia mobile phone, insert a non-accepted sim, after switching on it should ask for a code / pin. Enter the code provided and your handset is unlocked!
