Free Shipping on all Domestic Orders  We do our best to get your package to you as fast as possible. Orders placed before 2pm EST Mon-Fri will most likely ship on the same day. If you place your order later than 2pm, or over the weekend, we will ship it out the next business day. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way. 

UPS or USPS  We use UPS Ground Shipping for most orders shipped within the United States. If you would like your package shipped through USPS Priority Mail, please make that selection at the time of purchase. Please note: Due to item weight or dimensions, certain items may only be shipped via UPS or USPS. 

International Shipping  All International packages will be shipped using 

UPS Expedited service. This is the only shipping service that we are able to provide at this time.  Packages will arrive in 3-8 business days.  To ensure your package arrives safely, all international orders are double boxed in our signature packaging. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way. 

Customs Fees  The buyer is responsible for paying custom fees. Customs fees average between 20-40 percent of the item value, but can vary greatly. Please contact your country's customs service department if you have any questions regarding the import policies of the country you live in.

We require immediate payment on all items. Payments are accepted through Paypal only. PayPal is the preferred payment method for most eBay buyers and sellers because it allows you to send payments securely online using a credit card or bank account.  If there is an issue processing a payment, please contact eBay or PayPal directly.

Hassle-Free Returns 

Buy with Confidence and return with ease. Please note that not all of our products are eligible for returns. On products where returns are offered, those products must be returned to us no later than 14 days after you receive you order.  Unfortunately, we do not provide free return shipping at this time. If you decide to return your order, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping. 

To receive a full refund: 

• Products must be returned to us within 14 days after you receive your order.
• Package your return in two boxes (as you received it) and include the packing slip that arrived with your original           purchase for processing.
• Items must be returned in same condition as received. New products must be returned in unworn, resalable                 condition.
• Once we receive and process your item, we will credit your PayPal account. Please allow 5-7 business days from           the time we receive your return to process your refund. In some cases, Paypal transfer delays may cause the                 process to take a few extra days.
