Fast Delivery
We carry a large number of our products in stock, which generally allows for same day dispatch. All UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail using their 1st and 2nd class packet post services and therefore parcels normally arrive within 1-3 working days. Parcels sent via Special Delivery is guaranteed next day by noon. If it is not in stock, don't worry, we receive deliveries from our suppliers on a daily basis, which ensures non-stock items are normally delivered within 3-5 working days (UK mainland only).
Non-UK orders are dispatched by DHL using their express based services and are normally delivered within 1-3 days for the majority of European countries and within 1-6 days for the rest of the world.

We only accept PayPal as a payment method. You need a PayPal account to use this method, which is available free at paypal.com. PayPal offers payments by Credit/Debit Card and bank account and is used by millions of eBay Customers worldwide.

UK Delivery by Royal Mail

1st Class Royal Mail Packet Post
Items dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class using their Packet Post service are normally delivered within 1-2 working days. 95% are delivered within this timescale but please allow 3-4 working days. A signature may be required on delivery.
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Outer Hebrides, Orkney Islands and Channel Islands may take up to an additional 3 days.
If you are unable to accept delivery then Royal Mail will leave a card stating the time and date they attempted delivery and details as to the current location, which is normally the local main post office. Your parcel will be held for seven days at the local post office and will then be returned to OFFTEK.
2nd Class Royal Mail Packet Post
Items dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class using their Packet Post service are normally delivered within 3-4 working days. 95% are delivered within this timescale but please allow 5-6 working days. A signature may be required on delivery.

UK Next Day Delivery by 9AM, 1PM or Saturday Delivery
These items are dispatched by Royal Mail Special delivery. Delivery to the majority of UK postcodes is guaranteed by 9AM, 1PM or on Saturday depending on the service you have selected.
If you select Saturday delivery on any day of the week, then your order will be dispatched on Friday for delivery by 1PM on Saturday. Please note that the 9AM service is not available on a Saturday.
Due to exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather conditions etc then your item may be delayed. Exclusions are as follows: -
Scottish Highlands - Next Day by 17:30
Shetlands Islands - Two Working Days
Outer Hebrides - Two Working Days
Sark & Hern Channel Islands - Two Working Days
Orkney Islands - Three Working Days

Republic of Ireland Delivery by DHL

We offer a range of different delivery options from DHL - We know that some of our customers need their products delivered as fast as possible, while other customers prefer using a slower (and cheaper (including FREE)) option.
A full list of DHL delivery options is available on the checkout page including DHL Business Mail Priority which is FREE. We also offer DHL Next Day and DHL 1-2 day delivery options at surprisingly low prices.
International Delivery by DHL

We offer a wide range of DHL delivery options including Next Day delivery (Postcode and Country Dependant) at surprisingly low prices ranging from £5.99.

Returning Products for Refund
Customers can return items for a full refund based on the following conditions :-
1. The item can be sold again as new.
2. The goods are returned to us no later than 60 days after date of receipt.

Product is faulty within 60 days
Please contact us via email at support@offtek.co.uk with the details of the item you wish to return and we will then send details of the returns process. When the goods have been returned to us and confirmed after testing as faulty, we can then either provide a refund or replacement.
Faulty Goods within Warranty Period
OFFTEK provides a limited lifetime warranty on 'memory modules'. Flash memory, storage devices and any other products are subject to specific manufacture warranties, which are listed against each product. When the goods have been returned to us and confirmed after testing as faulty, we will then provide a replacement. Additional warranty information is contained within our terms and conditions.
