Cylinder STIHL 07

We are cleaning out the Attic…. We have been a STIHL dealer since 1970 and sometimes we find old parts behind boxes that have been hidden for over 40 years….This is one of those parts.

I think this Cylinder was from a Stihl 07? I don’t know if the part # is correct. That # is for a cylinder and piston kit?? But it is on the box so that is why I am listing it. The major difference between this cylinder and the Stihl 08 cylinder is the port where the Intake bolts up. You can see by the photos. This has 2 screw holes and the 08 cylinder has 4 screw holes. I don’t have any Parts Books on the old 07 but if someone does out there please correct me if I am wrong. The Stihl 07 was made in the 1960’s. I don’t know if there are any left out there still running but I would rather give this to someone that needs it than throw in the scrap barrel.
