Large porcelain charger / plate

Dating c. 1950/60's I believe

The maker is Hutschenreuther of Selb - Bavaria Germany

The pattern is known as 'Trattoria'

Reference on the base is 8775 40

The plate measures approx. 32 cm in diameter

White, glazed background with transfer print of Italian Townscape. The detailingon the people and buildings
has then been hand finished with colour.

Thin gold coloured edge as shown.

Makers mark on the base, dating the piece between 1939-64

A lovely piece, to either use as a large sandwich plate or simply display on a dresser or similar

Condition is good, minor cut marks to the centre of the plate, some minor wear to the gilding
and a couple of tiny nibbles to the base as shown.

Perfect for a period style home
