We only post to an approved PayPal address that is given in the payment details. Please make sure that the payment address is correct. Any non-received items caused by invalid address registration on PayPal are not in our full refund or replacement policy.

 Returns Policy & Refunds
If you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please contact us to arrange a return and refund. Refunds are only available within 5 working days of receiving the goods providing that the items are in the received condition with all the correct packaging. As shipping costs are not retrievable, we are unable to refund shipping costs.
We will not replace or refund items that have worn-out through use.
