Dispatch
Any order received before 2pm on a working  day, will be despatched the same day (Mon - Fri).
All items are despatched safely and  securely to limit and prevent damage.
All items will include a sales summary of  your purchase.
Weekend orders including bank holidays will  be processed on the next working day.

Delivery
All items are despatched from our UK  distribution centre.We use respected couriers only - Royal Mail, Hermes, UK  Mail, UPS & DHL.All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 working  day of confirmed payment.Larger & more expensive items will be sent through a trackable service.

All orders will be despatched to the address held on eBay only.

How long will it take to get my item?
Please check the listing for method of  despatch. For Royal Mail , this can take up to 7 working days to deliver from  date of cleared payment. For Hermes tracked, this can take up to 3 working days  to deliver from date of cleared payment. For our courier services, this can  take up to 2 working days to deliver, from date of cleared payment

I've  not received my item, it was despatched Royal Mail 2nd Class, what do I do now?
If your item was despatched with Royal Mail  standard parcels, this is an untracked service. If 7 days have elapsed, check  with your local sorting office, they may have your item. If the item is not at  the sorting office, the item will be returned to us - this can take up to 15  days after notification to us. We cannot replace or refund any item unless  these timescales have passed.

Packing
All items are shipped in manufacturer  supplied packaging. Delicate or fragile items are packed separately and sent  through a trackable service. Customers can request extra-packaging to be used  for their purchase (please check at time of purchase) for a small fee.

For your peace of mind and in compliance  with the distance selling law, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee, if for  whatever reason, you may return your item for a full refund (excluding P&P  costs) returned postage must paid for by the buyer. You must inform us of your  intention to return within 14 working days.

If there is a problem, we can work together  to resolve the problem. We have always been extremely fair and always try to  work with our reasonable customers.

In the unlikely event that your item is  damaged in transit or is faulty, please return it to us within 14 days of  receipt in it's original condition & box. Upon inspection, we will be happy  to replace where possible, or refund you in full if the item is found to be  faulty. We reserve the right to have any faulty items tested by ourselves or  the manufacturer before issuing a refund or replacement part.

Before returning an item all returned items  must be authorised first and sent back to us with proof of delivery. The item  must be returned in the original manufactures packaging or box. Unwanted items  must be returned back in the original & resell able condition. If a refund  is given it will only be for the cost of the item. Any return postage costs  will not be covered as the buyer pays for the return postage costs. Any return  postage costs that is refunded is at at our discretion only.
