Payment Policies:

1. We accept Paypal only. 

2. All payment should be completed within 7 business days after auction end.

Shipping Policies:

1.Item prossing time.

We will dispatch the products within 1-3 working days upon the system confirms your payment,when buyers have some special request (e.g. Voltage ,color...etc.),we will delay to ship the orders and will inform buyers about it.

2.shipping methods

Items are shipped out via DHL/EMS express with tracking number .the shipping fee is 150USD to United States , Other Countries buyers should contact us for shipping fee.

3.Delivery time:

DHL usually takes 3-7 working days , EMS usually takes 5-10 working days.

Return & Warranty

1) 1 year warranty provided by manufacturer.

2) Missing item or get wrong item or Get damaged items, DOA (dead on arrival)

When you (buyer) get the package, if you find there are some items missing from your order or we sent you incorrect items or you find  the item is damaged (cracked) in appearance or the item does not work (DOA), please keep all the items in original condition and also keep the packing stuff, weigh all the items together with packing, then take some photos of them and send us the photos by email. Please contact us within 7 days after receipt of package. We will investigate the case when we get your email. If the case is true, we will send you the missing item or replacement or refund  (sometimes you may be requested to return the incorrect item). 

3)If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase or you purchased the wrong item , If the return is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways .

4)all returned merchandise must be in original factory condition (including the original packaging and everything).

5) all items must be returned within 30days of purchasing the item ,

6) For the replacement, we will send it out in the shipment ways as the customer selected in their original order.
