SVT-40 Gas Adjustment and Dis-Assembly Tool (reproduction).
USA Made, High Quality 3mm thick steel REPRODUCTION /REPRO SVT-38/SVT-40  TOOL.  

Tasks it can do (note, last one (e) is a MAYBE, depending on the jag(s)you have):
a) pentagon wrench is to adjust gas cylinder ( from 1.1mm to 1.7mm) - this is the main reason you want to own one of these and stop stripping your Pentagon shaped valve. 
b) wrench for the muzzlebreak/barrel extension which includes gas dissipation, gas valve, front sights, bayonet lug and muzzle brake.
c) wrench to unscrew the stock retaining pin/screw in order to remove the stock.
d) square wrench to turn the fixed gas piston - which you want to take off and clean after every session with corrosive ammo, and less often with non-corrosive - otherwise pitting will occur.
e) assist torque for a stubborn jag to be removed from the cleaning rod after use; or to tighten the jag to the cleaning rod prior to use.
