Shipping Must be Combined Before payment & cannot be changed or refunded after payment has been made.

If the shipping total does not look correct please DONT PAY. Just send us a message & we will promptly correct the shipping & send you a revised Invoice for payment.

Shipping and Delivery Information

Important Information  -  All of our products that are available on ebay are IN STOCK in our own warehouse & ready for immediate despatch. We do NOT despatch goods from other 3rd party warehouses or direct from suppliers so this allows us to despatch & ship your order in the shortest possible time so you can receive your order in the soonest time possible.

Packing & Despatch Times -  All orders will usually be despatched same Business day Monday-Friday if Paid in full by 1.00pm A.E.S.T. Orders placed on weekends or QLD Public Holidays will be despatched Next Business day.

Standard Shipping -  Our Standard Shipping rate has a delivery time of approx 2-6 BUSINESS days to MOST areas in QLD NSW VIC ACT & SA (WA NT & TAS customers please note Standard delivery is normally within 7 BUSINESS days for Metro areas but can be up to 10 BUSINESS days for some areas)

Express Shipping -  We also offer an Express Shipping option which has a delivery time of approx 1-3 BUSINESS days to MOST areas in QLD NSW VIC ACT & SA (WA NT & TAS customers please note Express delivery is normally within 1-5 BUSINESS days for Metro areas but can take up to 7 BUSINESS days to some areas)

Delivery Times -  Delivery times quoted are approx as advised by Australia Post & are for Metro & regularly serviced areas.

Delivery Method/Courier -  Deliveries within Australia are made by Australia Post Parcel Post service or Express Post option is available on all of our listings for a minimul extra charge.

Tracking Details -  On the day of shipping you will be emailed your tracking number so you can track your item at all times.

Damaged or Lost Items -  Autozone On-Line & Autozone Performance is at no time responsible for the items once they are shipped and in possession of the courier company. If there is a problem with your delivery please contact us via ebay message providing details of the problem & we will be be happy to assist resolve the problem where possible.

Local Pickup -  Local pickup is available in Toowoomba QLD at limited times on business days Only. Please contact us via ebay message or email us at ebay@autozoneperformance.com to arrange if you prefer pickup option.

A - To know exactly which size T-Bolt or Worm drive clamp suits the hose you are purchasing please scroll down this page or go to our Product images above & scroll through & you will see our "Hose Clamp Sizes for Silicone Hose" chart.  Simply look at the size hose you are purchasing & then go across to see the size of the T-Bolt style & also the Worm drive style clamps required.

PLEASE NOTE - Silicone hose is measured by Inside diameter size & the clamp goes on the Outside of the hose so if you simply pick the clamp size that suits your hose size it will NOT fit.
