All items sold as working, are guaranteed against Dead On Arrival (DOA).  For DOA warranty, you must contact me within 24 hours of delivery.  I will repair it, replace it or refund if repair not possible or replacement not available.  DOA warranty does not cover blown component… (I verified all are good prior to sale) Buyer is responsible for all shipment costs. 
Shipping cost is never refundable.

Returns Policy:

If for any reason a part is received in an unsatisfactory condition,  REFUSE from carrier, please contact us  through Ebay. We will try to respond within 24hrs unless it is a Weekend or Holiday. I ship everything insured thru the carrier so if it arrives damaged please  REFUSE  and contact me and the carrier. All returns must be shipped insured and adult signature required.
