BASS SPECIALTIES fulfills all orders Monday through Saturday. (and sometimes on Sunday!) Orders are generally shipped the following business day after payment is received, or shipped the same day if payment is received by 11:30 am EST. Most domestic parcels are shipped via USPS First Class with tracking provided. Larger parcels may be sent via UPS GROUND or automatically upgraded to USPS Priority Mail

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – USPS First Class International shipping is provided for all international purchase. IMPORTANT: Complete International tracking is NOT available for USPS FIRST CLASS or PRIORITY services. Delivery can vary from 7 business days to as long as 45 business days in extreme instances depending on the destination and customs processing speeds by the destination country. International buyers are responsible for all taxes, tariffs, duties and import fees - please consider these costs before ordering!

COMBINED SHIPPING – We do provide combined shipping on multiple purchases – please us the “REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER” function on the payment page or send a message requesting a shipping price quote prior to making payment



BASS SPECIALTIES only accepts payments for eBay orders through Paypal. Immediate payment is required upon selecting "Buy It Now".



Sales Tax – Currently, we are are required to collect 6% sales tax on all orders shipped to Pennsylvania.



Returns will be accepted within time indicated at top of listing. Returns accepted on defective product or unopened packages - If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund. Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides, etc.), show no signs of wear or use. There are no returns on opened packages of strings.
