• You are purchasing the official iPhone premium factory unlock for Vodafone UK ONLY. Please do not purchase if your phone is locked to any other networks.
• Duration : 5-15 business days (maximum 20 business days, weekends / holidays not included)
• Supported models :iPhone 6S 6S+ 7 7+
• Supported IMEI : ALL IMEI. This premium service supports ALL IMEI, clean or blacklisted. Please note that for any blacklisted/barred/blocked IMEIs, they can only be used outside of the UK even after they are unlocked.
• This is the official premium factory unlock and doesn't involve any jailbreaking, hacking etc.
• You can upgrade the phone anytime and not losing your unlock status in the future.
• If you have jailbreaked your phone prior to this purchase, you will need to restore the phone once the unlocking process completed.

Instructions
1. Please complete the following steps before purchasing the service: a) Please sign out from your Apple ID, if necessary. b) Turn off 'Find my iPhone'. c) Make sure it is activated. d) Make sure it is locked to Vodafone UK,
2. Please provide us your phone model and correct 15-digit IMEI during check out or via ebay message after you have made the order, which you can get from the phone directly. You can get it from 'Setting' - 'General' - 'About', or by dialing *#06# from the phone.
3. Please do not get the IMEI from the box or from the sim tray as some of the imeis are different.
4. It will normally take 5-15 business days for the order to process. Please allow up to maximum of 20 business days, just in case the server undergoes maintenance OR when there's a delay due to the large quantity of orders are being processed. Please make sure that you agree to this time frame before placing the order.
5. Once the process is completed, put in a none Vodafone UK sim card, connect the phone to iTunes for the activation process. A complete set of instructions will be sent to you once your phone has been unlocked.
6. Refund will be provided if we are unable to unlock it for any reason (eg: server being unstable).

• Refund will be provided if we are unable to unlock it for any reason.
• We are confident that your phone is unlocked when we dispatch the item. Therefore, a video proof (YouTube only) showing the following details MUST be provided if you claim that the phone has not been unlocked. 1. IMEI 2. The entire process of you following the instructions that we sent you. If you are unable or unwilling to show us a video proof, there will be strictly NO REFUND.
• Order cannot be cancelled once it has been submitted.
• Please acknowledge that for any blacklisted / barred / blocked / reported stolen IMEI, they can only be used abroad even after the unlocking is done. There will be NO REFUND if you want to use it in the UK after it is unlocked.
