TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Import tax and duty free to the Canada.
• All other International buyers are subject to import taxes, duty and brokerage fees.
• Packages are subject to Canada Post Shipping depending on location and delivery availability with Fedex or Purolator.
• All Canadian buyers are subject to applicable goverment taxes.
• Due to standard customs regulation and the LAW we DO NOT send items marked as a "GIFT".
• Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska are not included in the United States shipping rate. Please contact us for accurate shipping quote.
• All packaging and handling fees are included with the listing price.
• Shipments are made within 1-4 days, day of payment clearance, excluding weekends & major Canadian holidays.  

RETURN POLICIES

• Our articles have a 14 days return policy in after the buyer receive the item; the item must be unused and still in the original packaging (if applicable).
• If you received the wrong product we will re-imburse you the full amount (both shipping charges included).
• If you are not satisfied with your product due to personal choice, you are responsible to pay for the return shipping back to us. You will be refunded the amount paid for the product alone (shipping charges are not refunded) upon receiving the product back to Sport-Exchange.
  
• There is a 10% restocking fees on Returns items; except if we made an error.
  
• Exchanges items; Buyer will have to pay for shipping back to Sport-Exchange and shipping charges to ship back to the buyer for an Exchange.
• When we ship "Free Shipping" when purchased, there is still an amount paid by us to the shipping provider (Fedex or Purolator). If you are returning the item due to personal choice, you will be refunded for the full price of the item minus the cost of shipping the product to you originally.  
• If you received a damaged product we will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible. Please contact us and report any damaged packages to the shipping company.

* Please contact us by either an ebay message or telephone before reporting damage or sending any items back to us. This will ensure your return or claim gets handled thoroughly.
