We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Return item must be in an unused condition with the original packaging. If you opened the original package and have not used the item, we charge a 20% restocking fee. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Items shipped out of the USA will void any warranty as warranties are valid in the USA only. Return shipping and re-shipping costs for international orders are paid by the customer for defective and replacement. Defective replacements are WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORDER, not when you receive the product. Absolutely no refunds on international shipping charges.
