Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper) – This is the pepper everyone is talking about. It was certified in 2007 as the world’s hottest pepper at over 1 million Scoville units It is over 400 times hotter than the Tabasco pepper. These thin skinned peppers have excellent flavor and can be used fresh or dried and ground into an incredibly hot powder. Once you taste this pepper, you'll understand all they hype! Packet of 10 Seeds.

Trinidad Scorpion Butch T – Everything about this pepper screams HOT!!! In 2011 this pepper was tested for heat level, and came in at over 1.4 million scoville units, beating out the Bhut Jolokia Ghost pepper for the hottest pepper in the world. A typical Habanero comes in at around 300,000 Scoville units or less, this one is a scorcher. Even with the scorching heat this pepper has a great flavor when used sparingly. Packet of 8 seeds.

Peach Habanero Long – The peach habanero is characterized by thin, waxy pink skin, a floral aroma, and a fruity, citrus-like flavor. A close relative of the Scotch bonnet, the two varieties share similar heat, flavor and appearance characteristics. Typically rated between 100,000 and 350,000 Scoville Units this is also an extremely hot yet delicious variety. This phenol is a longer version of the typical short stubbier peach hab. Very hard to find.  This may not be stable, color and shape may be variable.  Packet of 10 Seeds.

Chocolate Habanero – This is a semi-rare variety. Dark green peppers turn a beautiful chocolate brown color when ripe. Smokey flavored peppers are rated by many as the best flavored of the Habanero varieties. Very high yielding also. Packet of 10 Seeds

Habanero Orange – Very hot member of the Capsicum Chinense family of peppers. These grow to be 1-1.5" long. Extremely hot, the orange habanero is one of the spiciest peppers in the world. It is often used in making hot sauces. Packet of 15+ seeds.

Purple Bhut Jolokia – This is the rarest of the Bhut Jolokia peppers. These peppers are never green at any point, they start out purple until finally ripening from an orangish red to a deep red. They are extremely hot with a nice flavor. This is one of the nicest looking plants we grow. The leaves and stems are a dark green to purplish color, the plant is very bushy and yields are tremendous. Packet of 10 seeds.

Satans Kiss (Cilegia)– A popular fast growing chili species from Southern Italy. Also called Baccio Cilegia Picante or the Santana. An old variety that is high yielding, peppers get to the size of a golf ball and are Hot! Sturdy plant that is delicious used in a variety of dishes.  Packet of 10 seeds

Bhut Jolokia Indian Carbon – This variety is different than the original Bhut Jolokia that was discovered by the university of New Mexico. The pods are somewhat smaller and walls are thinner. Peppers turn from light green to bright red, but the heat seems to be more due to the thin walls. A great variety for drying, the pod has rough wrinkly skin with some spikes on the outside skin. This is a higher yielder than the orig Bhut Jolokia. Packet of 10 seeds

Douglah – The 7 Pod Douglah, aka the 7 Pot Douglah or Chocolate 7 Pod, is a rare and very hot 7 pod strain. The Douglah features dark brown/deep purple skin with many pimples spots over the surface. The peppers start green and mature to a dark chocolate color. NMSU tested this pepper and it registered at 1.9 million Scovilles, finishing only behind the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion. White Bhut Jolokia – An amazing and very rare pepper, from the beautiful pods, to the outstanding flavor, and heat. Some versions of this pepper are white during some of the ripening process but ultimately turn red. This version is white when completely ripe. Great flavor and very very hot. Packet of 10 seeds
