We aim to dspatch all items paid for before 2pm the same day, Monday to Friday. Items ordered after 2pm on Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Items purchased on public holidays (including bank holidays) will be sent the next working day.

Please select your chosen courier at the checkout before payment. We offer postage discounts on multiple items. These will be applied by eBay when you add multiple items to your basket and checkout in one purchase.

If your item has not been delivered after 10 working days, please contact us as we will be able to track this for you. if your tracking says that it has been delivered but you have not received it yet, please check any safe place, with the post person, people you live with, people you work with or neighbours who may have taken it on your behalf. Should that still not result in your item please contact us.

We deliver worldwide! Please select your country from the dropdown postage menu on the listing to see current rates and delivery estimates.

Our no quibbles returns policy means you may return an item for a refund or exchange for any reason. The product(s) must in be in the same unworn condition you received them. Of course you can get them out and try them on around the house for sizing but they must not be worn outside. Send them back, with any tags and in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt of the purchase(s).
