All iPhones will be sent out via our secure and tracked APC 24 Hour Courier. If you order before 3pm you are most likely to get it next day.

28 DAY WARRANTY
All devices come with a 28 day warranty. If you notice any faults with the functionality of the phone. Ship it back to us and we will solve the issue and send it back to you.
Grades
Grading on these devices mostly refers to the housing and outer shell of the phone. All screens on these refurbished devices either have little to no scratches or have a new screen replaced entirely.
A+
Devices in this category will have no signs of physical use.
A
Devices in category A will show minimal signs of use. There will be no scratches or dents.
B
Devices in this category may show some light to medium signs of use including scratches, chip or other forms of light cosmetic damage.
C
Devices in category C will show some obvious signs of use, minor dents or medium to heavy scratches. Expect the exteriors of these products to look used.
The grading of the phone has no impact on the functionality. All phones will work as intended.

All our refurbished iPhones, iPads and range of the mobiles come with a standard 28 day warranty and we offer our customers a choice of upgrades which are only available at the time of purchase. Your peace of mind is important to us so we offer the following packages to suit your needs.
- Upgrade your 28 day warranty to 3 months for a one off fee of £25
- Upgrade your 28 day warranty to a one year warranty for a one off fee of £50.
