All resin bases are black and unpainted. Pictured bases are professionally painted to show detail in the models.  They are made with precise attention to detail and come in prepackaged amounts. Orders that are larger than prepackaged amounts are considered custom. All custom orders are non refundable.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our fragile products, please contact us if you receive a product that is unsatisfactory. You have 14 days to return your product. Your items will be refunded for the full amount, as long as they are unopened and undamaged. Defective items may also be returned, such as a miscast item for a full refund also.
Once custom work is approved we cannot cancel or receive returns on these products.
SHIPPING POLICY
We like to ship our products within 3 business days of receiving it from our warehouse.  We will ship Monday thru Saturday. Shipping fees will depend on size and weight of the item.  We generally like to ship first class but we can ship priority upon request.  You will be informed by e-mail as to what your order status is. Other information like tracking links if appropriate will also be supplied.
Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
COMBINE SHIPPING
We will be happy to combine all purchases in one box with an additional fee of $1.oo after the first item.
PACKAGE WRAPPING
We will wrap all brand new items in the original box with thick brown paper with a packaging slip. This allows us to keep shipping fees at a lower cost.  If you would prefer us to place the item in a box wrapped in bubble wrap and/or popcorn, we can accommodate. Please understand the shipping will increase.
REFUND SPEED
Your returned items will be refunded within 24 hours after we receive them as long as they are unopened and undamaged. Defective items may have been opened for inspection, but must be returned in their original packaging as best as possible.
