Up for sale is a 1985.5 Yamaha Tri Z 250 Limited edition, in very nice condition. The front and rear brakes work, bearings are all tight with no slack, lights work, tires have good tread. The bike fires up easily after 1 or 2 kicks. The exhaust is new, DG muffler/silencer. There are no leaks or funny noises, this trike is 100% solid.
The motor has been rebuilt, with a new hot rods crank and rod, cylinder resleeved along with new wiseco piston. I have pictures to document. A Tri-Z 250 featured a high performance, YZ-based, liquid-cooled, 250cc 2-stroke engine, front and rear hydraulic disc brakes, air-assist front forks, Monoshock rear suspension and a low center of gravity thanks to the under-seat fuel tank.
