These are a good example of a pair of Rotel RH-700 Headphones 8-16 Ohm.   The headphones have a cushioned headband which is size adjustable and the ear coverings are also cushioned.   

They do have overall signs of wear & use and the white has yellowed - the condition can be seen in the photographs.   They have an integral jack lead and the lead measures approx. 40 inches in length.
