All returned item MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number issued by us before returning. RMA number must be clearly written down on the box/package. Item must be returned and arrived within 14 days after RMA number is issued. Packages unauthorized return will be refused.

Buyer is responsible for returning the item in its original condition (must have all original parts and packaging, never install). Otherwise, 30% restocking fees will be charged.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All shipping and handling fee will not be returned in any case.

Most of our items do not come with instructions and do require professional installation.

Professional installation for all items is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on installation and usage. No exchange will be issued on products that have been damaged or improper use in any way.
